WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Cost of shipping varies depending on size, weight and quantity of order. Our standard shipping rate to USA is $7.99 and increases based on aforementioned scenarios.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free ground shipping on all US orders over $50.00. In order to qualify, your order total needs to equal $50.00 or more AFTER any discounts have been applied. If your order qualifies, your shipping charge will automatically be removed from the total cost of your order in your shopping cart. If it is not removed, your order does not quality for free shipping.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

Our best-sellers shipped within the USA usually arrive 7-10 business days from the shipping date. All other items (not on best-sellers list) shipped within the USA will take 2-3 weeks from the shipping date. International customers may receive their parcels 4-5 weeks after ship date depending on customs clearance.. All products will be processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item is shipped.

WHAT CARRIERS DO WE USE?

Orders are generally shipped through the USPS or UPS. We occasionally work with EMS and e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

Primarily we ship from our warehouse located in Asheville, North Carolina, some items may be shipped from our fulfillment centers located in the US, Asia and Canada.

CAN I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. This can take between 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the package tracking page where you can view up to date tracking information from dispatch to delivery.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?

This happens most frequently because our customers have accidentally entered their email incorrectly. After you purchase your Item we usually send 3-4 email communications, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you have not received an e-mail communication from us, please contact us.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

Shipments are prioritized to get to you most quickly. If we send multiple packages, you will receive multiple emails with tracking numbers and details of each package.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We make every attempt to expedite the processing and shipment of each order. Once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes to it. If you would like to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please review our return policy and take steps to proceed with a return. Occasionally, orders are flagged as potentially fraudulent, or do not meet the requirements for order completion. Orders may be canceled at any time and the charge returned, if this is the case.

ARE THE “FREE” ITEMS REALLY FREE?

YES! All you must pay for is the shipping cost on our promotional items. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :) There is a limit of 5 items per order on these items.

HOW DO I KNOW MY INFO IS SAFE?

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify is the best ecommerce platform providing advanced web services to sell our products to you in a safe and secure way. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. All data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
